Snow Plowing
Commercial lots, business entrances, and farm lanes — cleared efficiently to keep your operations safe, accessible, and running on time.
Western Ohio's Trusted Snow Crew
Ohio winters don't wait for convenient timing. A storm can drop six inches overnight and leave you with an icy parking lot, blocked loading area, or farm lane you can't get a truck down. Post Excavating & Landscaping LLC has been handling snow removal throughout Mercer County and the surrounding area for over 20 years. We start early, we work efficiently, and we don't leave until the job is done right.
We offer snow plowing, sidewalk and walkway clearing, and salting and ice management for commercial properties. Seasonal contracts are available for customers who want priority scheduling and predictable pricing throughout the winter.
Sign up before the season starts to secure your spot on our route. Route capacity is limited, and we fill up every year.

What We Offer
Helping businesses maintain safe property access and smooth operations throughout the winter season.

Commercial Parking Lots, Business Entrances & Agricultural Access
When a winter storm rolls through western Ohio, you need a crew that shows up — not one that calls you at 6 a.m. to say they're running behind. Post Excavating & Landscaping LLC has been providing commercial snow plowing in Mercer County and the surrounding area for over 20 years. We know these roads, we know these properties, and we know how to get them clear safely and efficiently.
We serve commercial properties, industrial sites, and agricultural operations. Our equipment is maintained and route-ready before the season starts, so when the snow falls, we're moving — not scrambling.
Commercial parking lots and loading areas
Business entrances and drive lanes
Farm lanes and agricultural access roads
Industrial yards and staging areas
Push-back and stacking in designated areas
Trigger-depth service available (we plow when accumulation hits your threshold)

Safe Paths for Your Customers & Employees
A cleared parking lot doesn't help much if the path from the car to your front door is still buried. We clear commercial sidewalks, entry steps, ADA-accessible paths, and other pedestrian zones as part of our snow service. For commercial properties, keeping walkways clear isn't just a courtesy — it's a liability issue.
We use appropriate equipment for each situation — walk-behind snowblowers and hand shoveling where needed — to protect your surfaces while getting the job done right.
Commercial entryways and ADA-accessible paths
Public sidewalks adjacent to your property
Loading dock approaches and employee entrances
Institutional and medical facility paths
Industrial pedestrian safety zones
Hand-shoveling where equipment can't reach

Prevent Ice Before It Forms
Plowing gets the snow off. Salting keeps it from coming back as ice. We apply road salt and ice-control products to commercial parking lots, loading docks, and walkways after plowing — and we can also do pre-treatment applications before a storm to prevent ice from bonding to the surface in the first place.
Pre-treating is especially valuable for commercial properties where ice formation creates real safety hazards and liability exposure. It also reduces the total amount of salt needed, which is better for your property and the environment.

Common Questions
We serve Fort Recovery, Coldwater, St. Henry, Celina, Mercer County, and the surrounding areas in western Ohio and eastern Indiana. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, give us a call.
We offer both. Seasonal contracts provide priority scheduling and predictable pricing for the winter. Per-push pricing is available for customers who prefer to pay as they go. We'll discuss the options that make the most sense for your property and usage.
Our standard trigger depth is 2 inches of accumulation, but we can customize this for your property. Some customers prefer a 1-inch trigger for commercial properties with high foot traffic, while others prefer a higher threshold depending on site conditions and operational needs. We work with you to set the right threshold.
Yes. We have experience plowing gravel driveways and use techniques to minimize gravel displacement. Gravel drives require a slightly higher blade angle and more careful operation, but we handle them regularly throughout our service area.
Contact us before the season starts — ideally in October or November — to get on our route. We do take on new customers during the season if we have capacity, but route spots fill up. The earlier you contact us, the better.
