Our online store does not currently provide customer login accounts. When you submit information through the store or another website form, an internal customer record may be created in our LeadSpeed customer-management platform.

We use Square, a service of Block, Inc., to process online, point-of-sale, and manually entered telephone payments. Payment-card information is entered into Square’s payment system. Post Excavating & Landscaping LLC and LeadSpeed do not receive or store the complete card number or card security code.
Square may collect and process payment-card details, billing information, transaction information, device information, and fraud-prevention information. We may receive information such as your name, contact information, billing information, ordered items, payment amount, transaction identifier, payment status, card brand, and limited card information such as the last four digits.
Square processes information under its own terms and privacy notices. For more information, review Square’s Privacy Notice and Square’s Buyer Privacy Notice.

Providing photographs through a form, email, or text message is optional unless a particular photograph is reasonably needed to evaluate a request, document a condition, or administer an order or service.
Communications, Calls, and Automated Systems
We may collect and retain:
Website form submissions;
Emails and text messages;
Chatbot conversations;
Call logs, voicemail messages, and telephone recordings or transcripts;

We use automated systems and artificial intelligence to help respond to inquiries, route messages, schedule appointments, summarize communications, provide order or project updates, and support customer service. Automated responses may be sent without advance human review. Please do not include payment-card details, Social Security numbers, medical information, or other unnecessary sensitive information in a chatbot, text message, email, voicemail, or website form.
Automated communications are intended to assist customers but may contain errors. Important project details, pricing, product availability, and contract terms should be confirmed with a member of our staff.
Reviews, Testimonials, and Photographs
We may invite customers to provide reviews, testimonials, and photographs. If you submit content directly to Post Excavating & Landscaping LLC and agree that we may publish it, we may use it on our website, social-media pages, portfolio, printed materials, or advertising.
The request or submission method will explain the intended use and request your permission. If you send content by email or text without using a submission form, we will request written permission before using it for marketing.
Reviews posted independently on Google or another third-party platform remain subject to that platform’s rules. We may respond to or link to a review on the platform. We will obtain the reviewer’s permission before copying, quoting, screenshotting, or featuring the review or reviewer photograph in our own marketing, unless an authorized integration permits display under the platform’s applicable terms and attribution requirements.
