No. Our snow services are exclusively for commercial properties, industrial facilities, agricultural operations, and institutional properties. We do not plow or clear residential driveways or home sidewalks.
Do you clear sidewalks as part of your standard commercial snow service?
Yes. Sidewalk and walkway clearing is included in our standard commercial snow service. We walk your property before the season to identify all pedestrian paths and entry areas so there are no surprises during a storm.
What equipment do you use for commercial sidewalks?
We use commercial snowblowers for wider walks and hand shovels for tight spaces, steps, and areas where equipment can't safely operate. We choose the right tool for each area to protect your surfaces and get the job done efficiently.
Can you clear our property on a specific schedule?
Yes. We build service agreements around your operational needs — for example, all pedestrian paths cleared by 7 a.m. before your business opens or before your first employee shift. We work with your team to set the right schedule.
Do you apply salt to walkways after clearing?
Yes. We apply ice melt to steps and high-traffic walkways after clearing as part of our standard service. Pre-treatment is also available for commercial properties where ice formation is a recurring issue.
