Moving heavy equipment requires the right trailer, the right truck, the right permits, and the experience to do it safely. Post Excavating & Landscaping LLC operates a 50-ton lowboy trailer and handles all aspects of heavy equipment transport — from permit applications to safe loading and delivery.
We transport our own equipment to job sites throughout the region, and we're also available to transport equipment for other contractors, farmers, and equipment dealers who need a reliable lowboy service.

What We Transport
Equipment We Can Move
Excavators
Mini, mid-size, and full-size excavators transported to and from job sites throughout the region.
Bulldozers
D6 through D8 class dozers and smaller. We transport our own fleet and equipment for other contractors.
Agricultural Equipment
Combines, tractors, grain carts, and large agricultural equipment moved between farms and dealers.

Lowboy Transport FAQs
What types of equipment can you transport?
We can transport excavators, bulldozers, skid steers, tractors, combines, grain carts, and other heavy equipment up to our trailer's weight and dimension limits. If you're unsure whether your equipment qualifies, call us and we'll let you know.
Do you need permits for heavy equipment transport?
Oversize and overweight loads require permits from the Ohio Department of Transportation and, for loads crossing into Indiana, the Indiana DOT. We handle all permit applications as part of the transport service. Permit requirements and fees depend on the size and weight of the load.
How far do you transport equipment?
We primarily serve western Ohio and eastern Indiana, but we can transport equipment further for the right project. Call us to discuss your specific transport needs and we'll let you know if it's within our service area.
How quickly can you schedule a transport?
For non-emergency transports, we typically schedule within a few days to a week depending on our current workload. For urgent situations — equipment breakdown, time-sensitive project needs — call us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Do you transport equipment for other contractors?
Yes. We transport equipment for other contractors, farmers, and equipment dealers throughout the region. If you need equipment moved and don't have your own lowboy capability, we're available.
